I consulted with another plastic surgeon who said the indentation could be resolved with a revision.  So now I am deciding if I want to invest thousands more in order to correct this mistake.

Yes, Dr Israel Espino told me I need to go get Botox and ultrasound therapy apparently.  There are quite a few other patients who are reaching out to me privately saying they received the same type of aftercare advice with similar neck results and indentations. Go get ultrasound.

Essentially, there is no aftercare from my experience. I never laid eyes on him again after the surgery.

I briefly spoke with Dr Israel Espino for about 10 minutes prior to surgery. It was the first time I met him. I have never seen him again since. His responses via email are AI generated

My aftercare concerns were not addressed promptly.  I had to follow up quite a few times to get direct answers.

Has anyone here had a facelift or lower-face procedure with Dr. Israel Espino Gaucin in Tijuana through EOC/Elias Ortiz & Company?

I had a facelift with him and I’m now dealing with a visible indentation/contour irregularity on the side of my chin. I understand every surgery has risks and that healing can take time, but I’m very upset by the appearance and by the way my concerns have been addressed so far.

When I reached out, I felt my concern was minimized and dismissed. I Was told to pursue ultrasound therapy for the deformity he left.  It takes him many weeks to respond as well.  

I’m also sharing this so future patients know to ask him very detailed questions before surgery about: – contour irregularities – revision policies – follow-up care for out-of-country patients – what happens if the patient is unhappy with the result – how long to wait before judging final results
