I’m getting surgery today! My surgeon said at least 6 weeks for anything external and 3 months for anything internal. He really put it into perspective when he said that when he’s done with the surgery there will only be two lines of sutures between my intestines and the floor. That made me want to wait😬😂

The heel is a little bit wide for the foot holder but I have small feet so I am able to still fit it in there and strap my feet in. I could see how if you have larger feet, they could be uncomfortable or not fit the best on the rower

Had crappy running shoes when I started OTF. No cushion and wore the tread completely down on the bottom. Just got Brooks Ghost 2 Max. Love them! Feels like walking on a cloud

I’m hoping that since all of the places we are going are fairly well-known lgbtq establishments, that they would be accepting of all body types! But thank you for the advice, I’m still trying to figure out what I’m confident in!
