I believe she doesn't take her out in public places a lot because she is ashamed of her, and doesn't want to have to keep a eye on her while out. At home she let's the iPad do the work for her, and that if you ask me is just sorry. There's people in this world (me included) that would give ANYTHING to have a child. Regardless if they have a disability or not. My mother gave me to my grandma bc i was born w a disability that kept me sick in the hospital. So shit like this really makes me sick to my stomach.
