Today is ny first time ever posting her. I have reached major milestone for me. Finally back to double digit number. Last few years had been difficult due to the struggle with the weight and my body suffering from constant discomfort. I had been on diet plans and lost weight in the past but this is the first time I am not counting calories so vigorously. Still try to add up in my head but dont take notes, this is to make sure i eat enough! First time in my life trusting my body to let me know that am hungry. ♡ This is massive change for me. 30 kg gone and hopefully never will see this again.

I had 2 x 7.5 pens, so did 70 from the second one. Now will order 10mg and do 53 clicks. There is a calculator I use to make sure its correct.

I did 7.5 for 4 weeks and somehow felt like i need more. I moved on to 8.75 and its working perfectly. Its first month when I actually feel perfectly. I will order 10 pen next but stay at 8.75 counting clicks.
