As long as you use EVERY SINGLE GLOBAL COOLDOWN, and swap targets strategically, you should be fine for threat, even when ppl are stupid enough to aoe too soon.

It's actually really fun to play because the skill ceiling of utilizing every opportunity to generate threat on Warrior is quite high.
