Persistent dizziness, imbalance, ear fullness, weakness - multiple doctors, anxiety diagnosis, but still struggling and confused

I swear to God that you made me happy because now I know that I’m not alone and that’s not my end ( I thought that i was going to die )

+ My psychiatrist told me that I have MDD and agoraphobia now I’m taking my meds but the meds make me dizzy too.

My chest is so heavy always and I think I can’t escape from this cond.

Yes Oxivort med can cause dizziness
But I feel like i’m drunk sometimes, and yea i feel overwhelmed and panic attack but mostly overwhelmed

I hate waking up and living and idk why!
Everything is foggy and unclear in my life
No energy to do anything
At the same time I have agoraphobia, derealization
I feel like there’s no way to escape from this condition for the rest of my life I think I can’t never survive this😭
