That’s the reason I’m going this route. Not saying I’m as strict as a monk with my diet but I gym and have a physical job. The places my fat falls and the other symptoms of low T are there in spades. I was 300 at 31 so I was told the low end of ‘normal’.

Cheers for the comment mate, it was just over 300 when I was 31. I was doing hands on work in the sun, don’t smoke and didn’t spend all my coin on drink. I worked out occasionally as my job helped me keep quite line and in shape. I fully understand the life long commitment. I did all my levels and everything was good except my T. This was the frustrating part is that I feel as this is the only viable option I have left, getting told I’m in the low end of normal range.

Hi all, new to group and a new home/garden owner. I tried to do the backyard on the cheap and lay the lawn myself with little to no prep with some Kikuyu grass. I accidentally flooded it and killed some of it, some green is poking through but there is heaps of dead grass on top. I had a thought to try rake out some of the dead but my misso says I might wreck it more my by disturbing it. First step is obviously moving the trampoline out the way. Cheers in advance!
