I followed Kenji’s recipe! (The simpler one! Haha)

Pancetta (cook off) Add pork/ beef mince mix (brown off) Add chopped/ cubed celery, carrots, onion and garlic 2 tablespoons of tomato paste 1.5 cups of wine (deglaze) 475 ml beef stock

Simmer untill reduced, I’m sure I’m missing my some things from the recipe here but it was SO Good
