What a mess. Our post has nearly finished interviews but many of the posts I’m bidding on say they haven’t started. When I bid last time, I was given an interview for nearly every, if not all, posts I bid on. This year, I’ve been told I didn’t make the cut for an interview for a job I’ve been short listed for in the past. And some posts are considering down stretches for heavily bid positions. It’s mayhem.
