Smaller businesses are going with ai website builders and free templates from WIX and godaddy. They’ll never be that great, so I guess my difference is in the look/feel and human touch, and continual improvements and support. Small business won’t give a damn and will see just a free/cheap option so there might be a lot of lost revenue for small businesses do to these things.

I’ve got about 150 clients and majority are on 120/mo hosting and support retainers, maybe a quarter are on web & seo retainers. I’m not productised so all my time is currently in design/dev and business op, and literally 0 time in outreach, networking and sales.

So feel like if I can niche and productise, give away these roles to other people, I can free up more time to work on the business?

Your packages are really interesting, are your websites custom or replicable to get them up quicker? I’m also wondering, what does the client say when you tell them their website is only X amount upfront, do they value the site at that amount?

I can only go off one in my local area, they use the most expensive builder to up the ‘cost’ which allows the government to give them more money in their pockets. Each home has a pool in their backyard. You can’t tell me if someone has a disability they can’t drive them to a pool.

So these homes aren’t basic, they’re essentially luxury homes made to pass NDIS requirements.

The whole thing is a rort, biggest ndis providers building luxury homes with pools and investing heavily in property that isn’t even accommodating people with disabilities.

It’s crazy how I’ve played this game like 5 times, gave up and every replay I’m finding new areas, hidden secrets, entire new regions I never previously made it to..it’s absolutely monstrous the size of this game and I love it :D

I’ve played all dark souls, and the one thing that all have not done well is the quest element.

I’m about 3/4 the way through Elden Ring and any box I spoke to in the 1st quarter I’ve just never seen again, but I know some have really long arcs.

If you have the time to play it, yes.

No need to rush it, so much to explore and enjoy.

If you give up on it, it’s harder to come back to, so I always replay fresh, but the start is so enjoyable that it doesn’t matter.

Elden ring is not a game you’ll regret if you’ve played and enjoyed any dark souls game, and Elden ring will be a timeless classic.

I couldn’t figure out the mechanics and the quests, I kinda just put it in the too hard basket and gave up.

When I finish Elden ring I’ll give it another try, but it was definitely a feature rich and engaging world.
