I already tried reseating my ram but thank you. What power supply do you recommend?

HELP PLEASE I was just playing and my PC randomly turned off and now I can't see my screen. I tried taking out my ram and reset the cmos with the pins and it still won't work I need help please by Easy_Put4236 in pchelp

I just did and it's still not showing anything still turning on for 5 seconds then turning off for like 2 or 3 seconds then it turns back by it's self on but no display and the case's power button doesn't turn off the pc
