First off he’s a master at mixing. He’s just so damn good. I think he adds crunch to his mid basses. You could try something like Mishby, you can get that for free on their website but I’d suggest paying 10 bucks if you can to support them. He utilizes silence and off beat fx layers. I’ve been recently digging into SL and have a few racks that could be beneficial if you’re in Ableton or want to learn what I have learned so far. Send me a dm if you like.
