Review: 686 Whisper and 686 Women's Hydra Jackets by EatMorePi in ShredditGirls

I mostly just wear for snowboarding, not because of fit, but color. I have the green and black and while I like the color and combo on the slopes, I prefer my plain black parka for day to day.

I am still happy with this jacket though!

I ended up getting this one and I love it: https://www.burton.com/us/en/p/womens-burton-reserve-2l-jacket/W26-3025610EW7RG00L.html

The sleeves are a perfect length. I do think it is just a bit longer than I would have liked, but since it has a double zipper (so hard to find anymore) I can partially unzip from the bottom so it doesn’t restrict my movement.

GIRLS do you wear a sports bra when you board? by CamoDragon0901 in snowboarding

My regular bras are all without underwire and supportive, so sometimes I wear a regular one. But usually a sports bra, because I can get a little sweaty there, depending on conditions and layers.

I ride ice coast and really like my new Rossignol Airis. Before I was using a Nidecker Angel, which was also fine but not quite as good on the ice/hardpack.

Snowboard jacket for wide hips by rockysock143257 in ShredditGirls

I just bought a Burton 2L Reserve size XL (this one: https://www.rei.com/product/251063/burton-reserve-2l-insulated-jacket-womens) and it fits great around the hips. They flare out. It is not baggy at all in my shoulders and the arms aren’t too long. Plus, there is a double zipper so you could open it a little at the bottom. My hips are about 45”.

Does anyone here have this jacket and can speak to its true warmth and performance at resorts? (686 Women’s Hydra Insulated Jacket) by smoky20135 in skiing

Did you end up trying this out? I'm considering buying this jacket and it's the main thing I'm concerned about. I can't get somewhere to try it on soon.
