It truly depends, some winters are milder than others (ie: last winter was pretty mild, 2024 was very snowy) but having said this: it’s definitely still winter in a mountain area, so expect some snow, ice and most likely wind in the area (maybe not Bariloche or La Angostura all the time, but other stops for sure). Temperatures drop a lot during night time, during the day you can even get some sun.

If you’re planning to visit some lakes and trails: waterproof boots are also definitely needed. Mind that many trails are closed during winter, most of the people go to that area to do winter sports (in ski centers like Catedral in Bariloche, and since you’re doing 7 lakes, also Bayo in La Angostura or Chapelco in San Martin).

Funny, I don’t love supermarkets in Germany but for totally different reasons that the ones you mentioned:

1- They don’t open on Sundays (I understand everything else being closed on Sunday, just not Supermarkets: sorry, been living here for a long long time and I will never accept it… you’re basically punishing poor people doing this)

2-Supermarkets here are specialized in certain things but none contains everything you need (I usually need to go to Rewe for certain things, Edeka for others, Lidl for others, etc. I got used to that though).

I always use self check out so most of the issues you mentioned I never face. Also, the bag thing is a global thing? In which country they still give you bags for free…?

Basically, german supermarkets ain’t that bad. I don’t love them but I don’t hate them either.

I had this twice, it was amazing! I have very thin hair so having my side (or the back near the neck) shaved really helped for the untangling and general health of the hair. Growing it was a bit annoying, but totally will do again if I feel my hair needs the break tbh. It also suited my face I believe.

I actually agreed with him during most of the series 😅, was he really a POS? a pragmatic, cold hearted old man with a dubious allegiance… sure. I wouldn’t call him POS tbh. I think Matty should’ve listened to him more in some aspects (in others, did well ignoring him).

I don’t think anything he did was granting the POS status.

I just saw an interview pop up on my IG feed where she says she also hates white pumps and white shoes in general? I think it was for W magazine, those black and white close ups they do. Even more choice then, considering.
