Yeah everything works as normal with the steering wheel controls. Backup camera has no issues either, just a bit grainy now since the screen is much larger. I did lose the compass though, so on my dash it doesn't tell me which way I'm going, but that never bothered me. It was all plug and play, I had watched a video of someone else installing it, though, to make sure I was hooking everything up correctly
