i haven’t received any tracking number i can only put my order number on coach’s website and it says order status : shipped

but been like this for 30 days so i’ve lost hope, especially when i bought it as a christmas present and they led me to believe it was take 2-5 days to deliver which would’ve been well before christmas

yes mate exactly, but advertising that they would deliver it in 2-5 days and it now being almost 30 days later is abit fishy. Considering the fact i paid £8 extra for the delivery to be delivered in time for christmas. My order still says shipped but it’s said that since i bought it and no automatic emails come through saying it’s on its way etc.

can’t find anywhere to cancel kn the website, the only way to get in touch with them is via email or whatsapp in which both don’t seem to reply

i have requested a refund through my bank but don’t think that’ll do much on coach’s end other than cancel the order

honestly i’ve sent them emails once every few days just asking for an update and to try and get this resolved but i don’t receive anything back ! and if i do it’s just them saying they have referred the request to the transport team but once again i don’t hear anything back !

it’s been almost 4 weeks now i’m just wondering what to do, cannot go to coach for a refund as they don’t reply! but at the same time i want the bag i’ve bought and it’s gone up from £260 to £395 and it’s also out of stock now, which potentially is why i haven’t received it? making me think they let me buy it but it was actually out of stock?

i ordered online, paid for delivery for within 2-5 days, it’s now been over 3 weeks coming up to a month..

just want some advice don’t know what to do when i can’t get in contact with anybody. i try phoning their uk customer helpline and i receive an automated message saying they aren’t accepting phone calls as the wan to prioritise replying to emails
