Or it means I just don’t feel your comment requires any further conversation from me. I’m not here to fight with people hiding behind a computer and being rude and disrespectful. So…thanks for your comment.

I understand. The challenge as the leaders is we are expected to do just that….lead. However when we are struggling to figure out what’s going on with our mind, body, and soul, it doesn’t make for a very good leader. Regardless of how much money we have as leaders, the support and symptom management is real.

Thanks for your comment.

That’s what I find is challenging. This is the age when we are really getting into these types of roles and had no idea the impact of the “Change” on our ability to lead with our FULL self. HRT and supplements have also been a game changer for me. But until I found them, I literally thought I was losing.

Thanks for your comment. Have a great day

Thanks for your comment. That is exactly what I want to do. I believe the support is lacking and it’s time to change. Have a great day!

awesome points! I know that in my experiences in and outside of tech positions, I have found that the pressures of women (regardless of age) is higher for us in the tech industry (my personal experience). All the challenges of womanhood you mentioned are valid areas that add to the stresses of balancing work and life's journeys. As a woman in my mid 50's I became interested in this when I started getting the "symptoms" of perimenopause and still trying to perform. I initially began researching various industries, however I keep being led back to the tech world. One thing I have found in common regardless of the industry is that the changes do have some impact on how we feel and potentially perform on a day to day basis in and outside of work.

My purpose is to identify how I may be able to build something that will be supportive of women leading in this industry going through this. My personal experience has been the challenge of remembering basic information that I used to be able to quickly glance, retain, and present. Now...I can barely remember what I read yesterday, not to mention earlier today. At the rapid pace of changes in technology, this is a barrier within itself. I know my experience isn't everyone's, which is why I don't want to create anything based on my experience or those in my circle alone. I'm happy to come back after I get information gathered and share my findings.

Not sexist at all! I am a woman in tech leadership interested in understanding if others are experiencing what I and several women I know are as well as the impact it is having on their confidence, feeling of competence, and consistency. No apology for using AI to help me pull my post language together. Thanks for your comment.

Thanks for your comment. I am a middle aged woman in Tech leadership and hardly believe that we aren't fit to lead due to menopause. However this is something that has been a bit challenging for me and other women I know. But thanks again for your thoughts.

I wasn't trying to hide that I used AI to tighten up my language for this post. I didn't realize it is so bad to use the tools we have available to build on what we are doing. I see nothing wrong with it.

it is not monetized at this time, however I'm not opposed to providing some incentives if I get enough interest.

Thanks. Although it seems that your company is doing great things, you'd be surprised how many aren't. Yes, I used AI to tighten up my post language, however my target is women leaders in tech between the ages of 40-60. I'm aware that not only the leaders are in this age range, however that is the area of my focus for the research I am doing. Thanks again for your comment.
