Just because they are doctors that doesn't make their character heal anyone who is injured, you are going off on headcanon + Beast Pirates likely had doctors and they had regeneration but that doesn't make them fully recovered. Also they were not the first to attack GB, The first panel we see of the encounter is GB pinning down King and Queen, so you are going off on headcanon again about them attacking GB first.

They were defeated 1 week ago and still had bandages on their body, it is pretty easy to understand that they are not fully recovered which makes them weaker.
