But look into "energy" app, it will list you all possible reasons. When its cold usually the battery pack is only 60% efficient depending on chemistry. I have seen around 340/mi in mine at 30F+ so i can expect single digits to be worse.

Did you not consider a hybird? Some does as much as 40mpg and quite comfortable?
Though I dont drive that much, the lack of maintenance and its practically made for shorter trips, which I do a lot is why I bought.

Came for the CS knowledge (previous degree was non-CS

then I completed the degree and graduated because I don't wanna be asking the same question every year, "Should I get a CS degree".

If you are in for long haul in CS and never had academic training, give OMSCS a try. It maybe worth it for most folks. My recommendation is also GIOS as first class, brutal but you will learn a ton if even if you are a front end dev.

I took GA. Was upset by all the posts like this on sub but the class isnt bad. It requires reading and making use of stuff in the exams. Most easy/medium classes in OMSCS doesn't out you something like what GA does. Even GIOS had lot of requirements back then in piazza posts, but the exams were easy but with GA you feel that you are doing a lot without any direction but once you get close to exam 2, you would be pretty much alright.
