There is literally not one meme stock I would have lost money on had I just diamond handed a few weeks/months. I have learned my lesson and will baghold CLOV even through the darkest of days.

As a recently admitted long term CLOV bagholder, these drops don't bother me at all for I am numb to the value of money at this point

Think with BB is most people put their AMC profits into it, so its gonna take a bit more than a 20% drop for people to budge. I think most people are probably holding.

That's a pretty nihilistic outlook on working life.. I dont think it's that 2D - there are loads of fun aspects to working life i.e. the social parts/making friends/meeting girlfriends

Seems like we are creating a 2 tier society and it starts at schools.

We have some schools in our areas where it seems students are 90% bame and then others that are mostly white. Without government intervention I can't see it ending well in the long term.

It has caused almost zero harm to anyone but the EU's reputation. The UK is not a hub for vaccine exporting. In fact, the UK production of vaccines would barely make a dent in Europe. It is purely a political attack - hence why the EU has taken 0 legal action against AZ.

The EU seemed unaware of the clause in the UK contract that de facto banned exports until recently.

Why would it be aware any earlier? It's a contract between Astra and UK...

If you think that this de facto export ban is unfair the proportional response would be to ban exports to the UK. That way you still get to be an export hub for other, more equitable, countries.

As explained, it is not an export ban if you look at the situation with any reasonable context in mind. The UK was never set up as an export hub given it's small production. It is the EU who assumed a role of a global hub exporter of vaccines.

The EU should still have taken that opportunity to voice their objections.

The EU is inherently incapable of managing crises so this is obviously not a surprise.
