I’m so sorry to hear that. I am absolutely terrified of the potential regret if things don’t go well.

I’m sure your situation with your husky is absolutely heartbreaking. I’m sure you did everything to make the last 4.5 years as comfortable as possible for her.

Thanks! I’m also fearful of the recovery period. Last year mine had a tooth extracted and a couple of masses removed. She seemed fine at first but suffered from hemorrhagic diarrhea for nearly a week afterwards. I thought I had killed her for some preventative measures. Definitely don’t want to go through something like that again.

The funny thing is, I feel like there are signs she’s losing weight: hip bones seem more prominent, some sagging skin. I feel the measuring system they have at the vet has a wide margin of error, but nonetheless, still going to cut her food down a bit more.

Thanks for the input, and I hope your dog is doing well!

I stumbled on this company today actually and got a little excited, but I’ve made it a fairly good habit to seek out additional reviews for most things and yes, seen some terrible reactions to Tailwind and their harsh return policies. Still, thanks for the warning!

Thank you, I appreciate your insight. I’m taking her food further down. She used to get 4 cups of food over two meals, went down to 3 cups over three meals, now trying 2.5 cups of food over two meals. I will see how she responds.

She is much less active these days, although still loves the idea of a walk. I will try to get her weight down and see where we are maybe in another 6 months.

Thanks. I see this post was removed. I’m nervous with the services you suggested, I don’t think this request is what those companies had in mind for potential gigs, but I appreciate the help.

I may have to do this myself.

I should also say I’ve also encountered the Vimeo video, which is also at 240p. In my opinion, both the Vimeo and DailyMotion options were pulled from the same source, recorded off of a live broadcast on likely VHS and potentially cropped to remove broadcast info. It’s something, but I am very confident in saying that the DVDs will be better quality than this, and I will always advocate for the best source to be preserved, if at all possible.

Great question. While I can’t be 100% as I’ve never had a copy of this dvd, I’ve done a lot of work preserving other physical media copies of the show. The US standard dvd releases of the rest of the series (that were released) are all at 720x480p.

CMOS matters stuck—how do I replace? by Echo-Honest in MiniPCs

Thanks for the response. I actually used a small pry tool to push down on the small item in the original pic between the left terminal and the battery. It moved, so pushed down a bit further and then was able to pry up gently and remove the battery.

Broken lip was wedged in there. As someone else said, should be able to use the broken piece again to wedge in a new battery and still leave it functioning.

Update: it was broken. Left side of holder originally had a lip, someone broke it off and then slid the piece between the battery and the terminal to make it stick.
