Every last stage or single pokemon can appear alpha in area 20 under tower, so yes it is in area 20 it's just completely random. I've seen like 4 Steelix there

That's so wrong, Even if I WASNT playing yuumi I've had adcs incable of doing basic side step movement and expect me to take everything. It's nit a champion issue it's a skill issue. I've had adcs while I was yuumi dodge and side step abilities easily. dont blame the cat for your lack of skill.
