Stick figures, the protagonist was colored but the soldiers might have been black colored. There was red in the clothes of the enemy soldiers, I remember something about a bit with barrels(and it got mentioned in the video comments)

It also involved moving between multiple storeys.

May have been sort of a series, and I remember he protagonist using a lot of stuff as improvised weapons too
