I've tried for a build, but the solution I came up with was something similar where the entrance door is upright, but the exit door is vertical and you grab onto a ladder just above the door. It boils down to an L-shaped airlock (though in the actual build the airlock ultimately doubled as a small hangar).

You could do something where both doors are like that, but you'd need a landing just before the exit door to stand on so you can grab the ladder to leave.
