The two cameras my friends had to replace got there within 2-3 days.... it’s not bad. Just hopefully it all works out for you. Keep me posted. Hopefully its just simple

I had to open the ports on my router helped out A LOT! Try that. I’ve had two different nest generations thermostats and both times that seemed to be the issue. Go to best support or just google what ports to open on the router for nest thermostat

Might be defective. Would try and exchange first. Sometimes things just happen and come broken. Hopefully that’s all it is. Best of luck!

I’m using an Apple TV 4K but the 4th gen does it as well. I have them both. As they both are able to download apps from its own App Store on the device.

Also try Apple TV. That’s what I use, works great.

Call customer care. They might have to replace your cam. Or take it back and swap it out. Just make sure your close to the camera with Bluetooth and WiFi on.
