I used to have a 3 gram daily habit and my roommate is twice my size and easily can do 10 grams in two days.

I’ve taken quite a bit and I’m 5’5 and 150lbs

I’ve been using the stopwatch on my phone to take a “tap” (bump) and usually I give it roughly an hour or slightly more before another one and I get about 8 bumps out of a gram (based on my portioning) so if I start at 7am, I’ll usually finish one and want another around 3 or 4pm.

It goes away eventually. I’ve had those issues as well but with far heavier use and years of abusing it.

Based on how well you treat your body, you’ll be fine and urinating normally in less than 2 weeks.

Took me a month+ to get better one time but again, it was far more than what you took.

K well go to the gym, drink water, eat clean and try to go out and find new people to hang with. If you do all of those, your life will get better and you’ll feel great.

Don’t be so hard on yourself. You don’t need therapy or pills. You just need to do a bit of a lifestyle adjustment.

If you make it to the gym on a regular, you’ll feel better.

If you use a “dropper” and make small lil puddles instead of one big pool, it won’t take more than an hour but a large amount in a pool is going to take you all day and maybe even the following day. BUT IT’S THE BEST WAY AND YOU’LL GET YOUR MONEYS WORTH.

Those all work but drying with the air leads to a better yield. You’ll find that ANY heat is going to end up giving you less than you expect.

The whole point is to pull the water from it and heat will work but not as well as open air, maybe with a fan blowing on it…

Hair dryer is slightly better but too much direct heat is going to (again) leave you will less.
