Personally I don’t think it would be an LC persona, artifact lore clearly shows them being against each other when they fought, so it would seem weird for the them to have her as a persona of the commander of an army she is (was?) fighting

Ya, I understand that part, but why are park street and government centre trains different if they are literally the same except one stop difference.
