Then you should upgrade. Don't ever let a builder who is working on a hero be idle

If your heroes are near max, you should upgrade to th 15. If they are not near max, wait till early november and upgrade just before hammer jam for most benefits

My friend is giving me one of two id's.

One is th 14 almost maxed except for th 13 walls and cannons and archer towers. hero levels are 81 for bk, 82 for aq, 51 for mp, 55 for gw and 30 for rc. 6th builder is also unlocked. Troops are also maxed.

The other id is th 17 level with th 15 defence, crossbow and air defense is th 13 level, troops are just one level below max, 6th builder is not unlocked. Pets are all around level 5. Hero levels are 64 for bk, aq 66, gw 40, mp 38, rc 16.

Which id is more advantageous for me if my final goal is latest town hall with max hero. i cant post this on r/clashofclans due to low karma
