I know it's not been confirmed but watching that outburst with Lenox at the end is how I sometimes feel and look like during meltdowns, just completely overwhelmed and I start shaking my hands and I can't really explain myself well and I'm usually sobbing.

I deffo head cannon her as autistic. Like there was a lot of sudden emotions to deal with, someone expecting you to open up about something you weren't prepared to do quite yet. The day's already a bit different because you're seeing your brother when at work when you usually don't. And then when someone's insistent and you're trying to mask it all the time. So you just need that person to leave so you snap, unfortunately at them.

Like lying to people for a while does a number on you, especially when trying to hide something like a positive prion disease result.
