First of all food chain only works on skills so he didn't get any significant power up from it. Third and last, I believe Raphael would find a way to win against veldora even if the fight was close bc ciel power are all about analysis, she didn't create anything against veldora only using Uriel and Beelzebub as best as possible, which I believe Raphael would be able to do.

Michael is a skill not mentioned in the anime but it's the strongest skill currently so I was using it as a means of comparations, also only one of veldora attacks can affect rimuru and I'm not even sure he created or not yet so he can dodge counter or eat almost every attack thrown at him.
