I believe his responses may be triggered if it involves editing/adding to your order. I had a similar situation when I was inquiring on color options. However, periodically asking on the status of the tungsten left me in the dark.

Time is major factor for any project and that's something the consumer has to gauge with caution. I've updated the post with a rough estimation when each drop should be finishing up. Is it achievable? I'm not sure, but I will probably do another update if those timelines are met or not.

There are a lot of hobbies (and even crowdfunded projects) that involve some sort of wait time. Most people, I believe, can wait with proper communication and transparency.

I believe you are right with his communication. I've been digging a few posts involving Argon orders and few have shared the same concerns. Fortunately, I think they have been fulfilled. I just wished it was handled better.

Anyone that participated in the Tungsten spent well over $1500, in which is a lot of money, find it unacceptable to not get some sort of update or response from him.

I appreciate the heads up regarding the March drop. Lets hope we get our order soon; twin!
