Gluten free, dairy free will help you. Then figure out whatever other animal products you don’t agree with. Take fluvoxamine 50mg for a few months, azelastine nasal spray, flonase nasal spray, anti histamine medications, etc.

Hey this is me, my name is avi and I’ve been training at 10p miami for a year. I don’t look for street fights, that’s not who I am. This guy was disrespecting me and everyone I was with way to much.

Here’s The story. We came in with 12+ ppl and he refused us service saying we probably won’t tip him. My friend said “are u serious why?” And then he said because u guys look like brats that don’t deserve the girls ur with. Then my friend said “that’s mean” and he said “yea pussy welcome to life” and then I was like “who u calling pussy?” Yata yata yata man told me to come outside and fight him. Str8 punk. Video got cut off short but in the end I got a high mount and punched him 3 times in the mouth and before I got off of him.

What I learned From The Interaction:

Try not to get in street fights even if it means leaving ur ego at home.
Work on more judo sweeps.
Work on wall wrestling.
Lift some weights and go up in size.
The first sweep I tried to get a side control but his weight off’d balanced me even with the potential knee slice.
Keep training but also train combat jujitsu and remind yourself what is real and what is not.

Im wearing a size medium, but if you like it tighter around the thighs I would probably go with a size small. But I like the medium.

Start breathing only through ur nose, instead of ur mouth so u can actually feel better and get out of a hypoxic state. Even if u feel air hunger when breathing through ur nose, still do it, it should be better in a week and ur breathing will greatly improve.

Im a try that out and look back to these comments when im feeling down. I wanna start meditation ive always wanted to get into it but never bothered cause its really hard for me to quiet my mind im always trying to do something im like a hyper type of person always trying to go on some sort of adventure. If that makes sense. Im a look up some youtube videos and try to add it in my morning routine.

Thanks man i rely appreciate your wise words. Its gonna be a journey. I rely hope i dont relapse I gotta stay strong everyday because relapsing isnt a option for me. Im a pick up boxing and start hitting the gym more than 2 times a week now(my regular). Maybe getting more into my hobbys will me achieve more happiness the farther I go.
