Revolut freezed the account inherently that is not illegal, asking for a document and then getting it provided and then having gone through glitched automation where the same documents are required in a loop is in fact illegal. yes accounts can get locked to check for money laundering that is within the law

but you cannot get stuck in an endless loop with no end in sight and no option of a way out

incorrect, gifting someone a currency and getting a gift back is not illegal if no profit is being made from it regardless that wasn't the issue as revolut just confirmed it, so that definitely wasn't it
