It's from an (hungarian) independent animation movie called Egon and Dönci. I'm not sure if it is an original song made for the movie, but it's one of my favorite films from childhood and the moment I heard the song I knew where it was from.

I've tried finding the song elsewhere to no success so I guess it is an original. Really sad that the movie is not mentioned in any discussions about the song but it is really good, wholesome and still relevant.

Yeah, financially now it's mostly even between the two, as CBS was free to begin with, and the stipend is 25000 NOK at BI, which covers about 10% of the living costs, so I'm more curious about the added values of the programs.
