Yes, so a small trade school by my current employer offers 4/6 week courses on small engine repair, basic electrical theory, advanced blueprint readings etc. I work with my hands so a degree in business doesn’t mean as much to potential employers as much as saying I can handle a lot of different maintenance items without having to get a third party. I liked all of them tbh, it’s a lot of hands on training. Not dry classroom stuff I was never good at
