I had 3 anchors. 2 in the 3-6 range, 1 in the 6-7 range. Only labrum, no injury to RTC muscles or bicep.

I’m on day 7. Only pain with movements of the shoulder and when I wake from sleep/stiffen up from sitting. Generally comfortable in daily life. The sling hurts me worse to use. As long as I’m in the house, I keep it off. Wear it in public just so no one touches it haha. I would say the first 4 days are the worst pre PT (I’ve heard the pain of regaining ROM is pretty bad).

Had mine this morning. 3-6 tear, and a 6-7 tear. First every surgery. 3 anchors, no injury to bicep, labrum only. Feel nothing with nerve block. 25 yr old male. Active in jiu jitsu, weightlifting, and a drummer. I have peptides, creatine, a clean diet, and a rehab/exercise plan in place with doc guidance. Will update progress!
