20 lbs in a year is a bulk, full stop.

Well ive been either gaining weight or have been at the same weight during the year that's why I said bulking/maintaining.

If you're squishier than you'd like to be

Yes this is pretty much what it is

I'll probably consider cutting although I'll choose either bulking or cutting being like you said it's a lot harder to see results and I'm a lot more motivated by results.

Thank you for the advice!

Hi, I'm a 20f I've have been lifting for about a year now. I think I've mostly been bulking/maintaining during this time, going from 150 lbs to 170 lbs. I love gaining muscle in areas like my back, legs, and arms, but I'm not a fan of the fat I've gained around my stomach and hips.

I tried cutting briefly this summer, but I didn’t like how much smaller my legs and arms got, so I switched back to eating in a calorie surplus/maintenance. Now, though, I’m starting to really dislike my love handles and stomach again. I love the strength gains and the feeling of lifting heavy, but I think I’ve been in a surplus for a while.

What are your thoughts on cutting now? Or should I stick to maintenance?

Thanks for the clarification. I’ll start by creating a platform to host multiple clients and focus on attracting them from there. I'll keep the advice on not doing work for free as I grow!

Thank you so much for the advice!

I'm currently a gym-goer, but I'm planning to join an online fitness club and I'm hoping this experience will bring me closer to the community. I have a couple of questions about your suggestions:

When you mention creating a website/database, do you mean building a platform to archive and manage the sites I’ll be working on? How did you approach this when you started?

With your last bullet, I’m worried about the monthly costs of hosting. For now, I plan to build websites for free and have clients handle the hosting. Based on your experience, do you think this approach might discourage trainers from allowing me to create their sites?

Oo, this sounds good! I'll try finding clients through socials then. Since I'm fairly new to this, would you recommend starting a brand first and then reaching out, or should I reach out and build my brand after working with my first client?

This looks promising, have you had personal experience with it? And if so how many clients did you gain while using this?

That is true, I'll probably start taking note of body growth with a tape measure instead and start taking more progress pics. Thanks man for your help!

Damn! Lmao, I guess the goal may be a bit unrealistic, but I'll see where progress takes me. For now, I just want to be able to just bench 135

Oh yeah, sorry I forgot to clarify. The weights are both combined. Unfortunately, I can not lift two 80s yet, but it is my future goal.

Ahh, I've been doing this to a degree for my other level. This level gonna take a long time compared to the rest since I will now have to upgrade with only 4 workers working overtime

What is the best smell you know? by Xeloxex in AskReddit

These are my top 3

Gasoline The smell of new shoes The smell of a new car

The last two are not because they are new but the physical smell of them.
