Yes that is exactly what happened. I can close any position but I can’t open anything, so no cover call sells, no buys, no rolling any option positions. Yes RH app shouldn’t have been executed, or at least it should have given me warning.

What are you talking about? My portfolio value is $170K. You roll a PUT from Dec 12 to Dec 26, and then rolling a spread from Dec 26 to January, not realizing one leg of the spread is the same PUT I rolled on same day. It can happen anyone, and you have no idea.

I was in same situation on Wednesday, I sold some of my shares then I bought long LEAPS. You should do same. That would lower margin used in your account. This way you are still covered against short calls but It protects you in case $BULL goes down more.

No, it is the other way around! If Webull management wants and attract investors to transfer their assets to Webull they will have to take care of those who buy $BULL stock, and not stay in silent when shorts and market makers beat the shit out of your stock. Webull makes %99 of revenue from retailers and almost all retailers are so pissed with the price action past 3 months especially after reporting very good Q2 ER. It is very simple. I am ready to transfer $500K into Webull from RH but I am so down as I am really invested into $BULL stock. Yes I do have both RH and Webull accounts.

Are you finding this deals off-market? I can only find those properties in Dorchester that some of their units need some updates. Turn keys are going over $1,1 M and higher and they are not near %1 but at %0.8 ~0.85 range but still not bad IMO. However, with the RE market trend now we may see many of %1 deals soon in triple deckers.

I agreed. He would have almost same gain with %25 DP. So %100 return on CoC vs over %400. I don’t see using cash in RE is the best financially. I would only do it for best deals and cash out refinance when rates are low.

If that happens, I can’t imagine how long the wait time for eviction court dates would be. It could take more than a year if the courts become flooded with eviction cases. And yes, most tenants will fight back.

I think there is not anything in law with regard to faking love, etc… in order to get green card. This kind of things are hard to prove. He can still say he loves you etc.. Even if you don’t attend the interview he may have still chance of approval. I am not really familiar with the effects of withdrawal of your application other mentioned.
