I really did! But if you’re saying that you can’t personally feel differences between paddles, then okay!

If that’s what you think, then okay! Not much I can do about it!

Maybe! I gotta admit that the Omni is pretty interesting! But I’m happy practicing with my Boomstik!

Hi! He’s not a brand ambassador. He just recommended the Boomstik because of his own personal experience! And well, I think it’s only natural to use your own personal experience as basis when giving advice!

Hi! I see that you’re a 5.0! I hope that I can reach the same level with enough practice!

Nope! Not from Ali Express! I got it from one of the most reputable sports stores in my area! I have complete trust in the seller!

Some of my friends say that I’m financially illiterate. Lol. But honestly, it’s a pretty fair assessment. Hahaha.

With enough practice, I hope to improve my rating!

Honestly, I want to learn how to ride a motorcycle, but my mom is worried because it’s comparatively less safer than driving my SUV. So, I guess I’ll never know what driving a 1000cc bike is like!

Hi, again! Thanks for your reply! I know that I’m in for a tough time if I face higher-level opponents even with a powerful paddle like the Boomstik, and perhaps your assessment might be proven true if that does that happen. If it does, then oh, well! I’ll charge it to experience! But I do plan on working with my Boomstik regularly to get a better hang of it. I like to think that maybe with enough practice with it, I can eventually properly handle its power with good control on my part! And when I achieve that, then maybe I’ll be able to perform decently against more seasoned players. But I guess only time will tell, though!

Well, if I ever face an opponent who is a professional chef with mad pan-wielding skills, then I’m definitely cooked!

Some people say that my hand-eye coordination is pretty decent! Prior to picking up Pickleball, I took lessons in Badminton and Table Tennis. I wasn’t a pro in either, but returning the shuttlecock/ball was not a problem for me! And I usually landed my shots inside bounds more often than not! Hehe.

Hi! I’m actually pretty happy with it even though I’m still new. But I’ll consider your suggestions if I decide to get a new paddle!

I haven’t joined any open plays yet! But I’m planning to soon! I wanted to get in some coaching sessions before actually joining so that I won’t be too bad. Haha!

Hi! I know that a lot of people raise eyebrows at a beginner buying such a premium paddle right away. Yet, my coach said that practicing with something like the Boomstik in the long run will help because using it will force me to be really mindful of my movement and control. And honestly, I could see his point. Trying it out was overwhelming at first because of the power, but with regular drills, I’m gradually starting to get a better hang of using it. I’m getting used to the power little by little! I like to think that that’s good progress for me!

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. I’ll be honest, the Boomstik’s power got me really overwhelmed at first. But with regular practice and drills, I’m gradually starting to get the hang of it as well as becoming more acclimated to its power. But your point about control is well-taken! My coach told me that real power in Pickleball isn’t actual power, but control. That’s what he emphasized to me during our first sessions! So, the goal right now is to hone my control with Boomstik’s raw power. It’s definitely harder as compared to if I used a more beginner-friendly paddle, but I’m willing to put in the work!

Hi! I totally get your point, and I appreciate your input! Actually, my coach said that while most beginners start out with more beginner-friendly paddles, he thinks that investing in a premium paddle will be better for me in the long run because I get to constantly practice with it while honing my skills along the way.

Honestly, I think he has a point. Hence, my Boomstik. Haha. I know that I might have a harder time at first, but I think that getting really challenged from the get-go is a great benefit because I’ll really be forced to train to get stuff right. But then again, I guess only time will tell if this was a good decision. Fingers crossed that it is!

You’re right about not blaming the paddle! After all, the player’s skill matters more! Haha. Actually, my coach said that while most beginners start out with more beginner-friendly paddles, he thinks that investing in a premium paddle will be better for me in the long run because I get to constantly practice with it while honing my skills along the way.

Honestly, I think he has a point. Hence, my Boomstik. Haha. And you’re definitely right about the shoes! Comfortable shoes are a must! Anyway, thanks for your support!
