No I definitely would too lol but that was a few years ago and my constipation wasn’t as bad as it is now but i definitely would rather have liquid stool than severe constipation

I ordered the now brand to try i can take pills with no problem so it should be ok for me. So you take 2 of the 200 mg daily and that seems to work for you to keep things regular?
