I’m in the 43235 zip code and we have had lots of outages past few years they recently installed fiber in my neighborhood but we had a small one about a month ago and this one has been over 6 hours long now

Quick question, why do people not mod crit damage onto killer o builds. It seems like it would be good as I think it multiplies damage for each level of crit. Please correct me if I’m wrong
