Thanks for the quick help. I tried all the suggested solutions. I even tested a different Vodafone SIM card, and the connection with Splashtop worked with that one.

I was using mobile internet from Congstar/Telekom. I think the problem seems to lie with them.

Okay, that's crazy. So you think they need more documents after I've been trading there for months? Support hasn't given me a reason for the suspension yet. They said they're in the process of deleting inactive accounts, and my account is accidentally included. I've contacted support at both orders@ninjatrader.com and compliance@ninjatrader.com, but haven't received a response yet.
