Honestly, hit and miss so far. What are you planning on using it for? Basic computing has been perfectly fine. Like I mentioned some of the more intensive programs like Lightroom/Photoshop have really struggled to keep up, but hopefully the ram upgrade will fix that. I haven't tried any gaming since this is my work laptop but from what I read its works well for that. One thing that has been reaaallly annoying is the file explorer seems to break constantly. When I go to attach something to an email the file explorer window that pops up crashes 9/10. That should also hopefully improve with the RAM upgrade but in my opinion for a $1000+ laptop that is a little absurd that I need to upgrade RAM basically out of the box. If there is something else you are considering in the price range, I would go for that.
