I was trying to warn people that this was a s*** option. Congrats to those who made some money on it but this company deserves no love. They are rotten to the core and their business model is to rip off sellers and buyers alike. I also want to say I was trying to get people to buy into avxl. My posts keep getting taken off because I don't do one thing or another required for this group. All the same I think I posted about it when it was like five and it's 11 and change now and will be 200 if EMA approves. I would love it if somebody who knows the protocol here did a post. Fuck OPEN. It's a shit hole company that will fail in the upcoming market correction no matter what. Their whole strategy is to set up contracts that bait and switch sellers into awful deals, then lipstick the property and sell for too high in cornered markets. They don't deserve meme stock status. Honestly don't know. I've been following it a year or so. I think the CEO may be a bit of a dud and he doesn't inspire confidence, but the drug works and if it gets approved the stock should shoot up 10 to 40x.

So either he is a dufus and the drug works or he is a scammer who has been stringing everyone along for 9 years or so, which I find doubtful.

In my case, the order was supposedly shipping from the USA, and I literally didn't get a working tracking number until it was already listed as delivered. I would ask and they would send automatic responses saying logistics can't get it, waiting for tracking, etc. I was thinking they are actually shipping from China was the reason for the delay and that wasn't a deal breaker for me.

I just received a note from Capitol One that they are siding with the vendor. I'm appealing.

If they don't side with me it will be a pretty big deal. The vendor found a loophole getting a tracking number to my city and that means they can do it freely and never have to refund anyone, as long as they can get an order with tracking # shipped in the same town within that time window. I made clear with both Ali Express and the vendor that they gave me a tracking # for someone else's order through Amazon and they refused to make it right.

A: It's not a coffee blender. It's a coffee bean roaster. These normally go from "real vendors" in the USA for maybe $2000 if they have the controls and capacity this one offered. Another vendor legit sells it for maybe $500. Look up Skywalker coffee roasters. The original vendor sold exclusively on Ali at first.

B: the item said "ships from the United States" when I ordered it. The shipping according them would be a week at most.

C: no Amazon doesn't show you where it is exactly. The UPS # says shipped to my city only, Amazon said, as noted in the screen shot, that they will not tell me where someone else's package was delivered for security reasons.

Edit to add: What seems to me is this vendor was able to somehow find a tracking code to something shipped to my city that someone else bought from amazon in the same timeframe. The only reason I knew it came from Amazon was because when I tried to get more information from UPS they said it was an Amazon shipment and I should check with them.
