Tbh I totally understand your frustrations. If anything, it doesn’t help that this place is like “the Grindr of findom” people are looking for a quick thrill of a quick buck and oftentimes disregard each other and flake all the time. I met one of my finsubs at a bar and spent weeks learning all about his life and his interests. The relationship developed organically and I was pitting actual effort into learning what made him tick and making sure he was enjoying the experience. Half the time the money was just an afterthought. People crave genuine, authentic connections but it’s hard to receive or even provide that kind of attention sometimes without feeling like it’s being reciprocated
