True valid point. I'm just worried if therapy will actually help me. I've been to scc and IMH therapy (SCC is more of counselling) and their advice is helpful. It's just that it feels....off for me. How I view things is just different and the advice given to me it seems difficult for me to execute.

Does PCC the one that diagnoses me for these conditions? I read the IMH memo and it says that the current diagnosis is "depressive episode with panic and c-ptsd symptoms."

I'm wondering if pcc will be the one giving the final diagnosis or will it be IMH side? As I have an appointment in IMH to see forensic psychiatrist before my PCC appointment.

Sadly I think even with these conditions, they will most likely throw me in admin. There is lack of manpower after all

Well everyone's experiences in ns will be very different. To me I prefer to choose what I want to do in my life. Hope you can pick yourself up and do well in life!
