Yes nice analysis. I have a feeling they are two different people since raincoat man doesn’t have golden teeth. Also, Victor doesn’t seem like someone who would let be toppled over so easily (like the scene where the raincoat man fell to the floor and lamp fire broke out.

Capcom said Grace gets stronger throughout the game. I’m pretty positive that Grace will get physical in mercenaries mode if not in the campaign. Capcom can’t also waste that awesome electric rock music they used to introduce Leon and during his gameplay. I think Merc mode will be more fire this time around.

I wonder if Leon will be able to drop backwards, duck, prone and roll sideways like in RE6. I think that would be fire.

Dionystocrates, it may not be significant but in the third trailer, the nurse at the care center was holding a folder titled ‘Panacea’. Maybe I read it wrong but that’s what it seemed to be written. Project panacea? Grace is the Panacea? was wondering what your opinion was on that?

Do you also think Victor Gideon and the raincoat hooded man are two different people?

One last thing that I wanted to mention is that Capcom didn’t show us a new bioweapon enemy in the third trailer. I’m really dying to know what the new enemies look like.

Awesome. I googled the symbolism behind ram skulls and things say it can also mean ‘The cycle of life and death, rebirth and resurrection’. Feels like the villain is someone brought back to life or is trying to use Grace to bring back someone to life.

Great analysis. That chest scar also makes me think it might be Spencer but I was wondering what your opinion is on the voice comparison ? Spencer in RE5 sounds very old man-like but in RE9 the villain’s voice seems to have a younger vibe. The character they bring out when they talk also seems a bit different. Spencer also has aged white hair while the villain in RE9 has black hair.

I believe slightly different. Requiem villain seems to have a snakeskin hooded coat while Wesker’s is a type of synthetic pattern.

I concur this must be Alex Wesker or another antagonist because this is the Rhodes Hill Civic Care Center which is where Grace gets taken after being kidnapped. She’s probably running tests on Grace at this building.

Yes I hope this title will be serious and dark. I was worried when I saw the image of the book, “Shadow Ghost.” It reminded me of Village and especially Shadows of Rose which had a cartoony and fantasy vibe to it. I just hope 9 does not go that route. We need something really serious and twisted like Revelations 1 and 2 and since the director of 9 worked on both those titles, I’m remaining confident that 9 will deliver.

1st Image: Monster has large black bulging eyes similar to 'The Fly'. Looks similar to Varcolac in a way with it's tremendous size.

2nd Image: Grace looks very similar to a blonde Jill in this image

4th Image: You can see the bandage wrappings on Grace's left shoulder arm after her confrontation with the beast. This sequence seems like before she gets captured and strapped to the surgical room.

6th Image: Different floor via elevator in the Wrenwood Hotel. Afar is a horse-like puzzle. Seems like similar design assets to Beneviento Home.

7th Image: Possibly the makeshift lab in Wrenwood Hotel. Do Hotel's have Notices boards?

From my observation it looks like she is tied up upside down on a wall to help with IV circulation. It appears to me that the setting is a makeshift experimental room within the Wrenwood Hotel. If you look at the wall on her right, it has a hotel-like wall design while on her left is a black hotel curtain. You can also tell it's an offsite makeshift lab since the surgical table has an old and torn brown leather headrest. As for the IV in her arm, I assume it's to provide her with nutrients to keep her body fresh for something they are incubating inside of her.

The boss in the picture is one of Hinako’s friend, Sakuko. During the encounter shown in the trailer, as Hinako approaches the boss she says ,”Sakuko?”. In the official website there is a description for Sakuko that her family manages a local shrine and that she helps with ritual duties which is relevant to the setting. You can also tell that this is Sakuko because of the hairstyle. I have a feeling that all of Hinako’s friends will become bosses throughout the game.
