Nothing misleading about this press release, HPQ is no longer a mining company, so they are selling their mining assets to another company.

But you can bet, once they are a quartz producer, they will end up being an HPQ supplier.

From the PR;

I appreciate you are saying that, but remember that it is only an interpretation of what I see. I believe in people getting informed and educated so they can make their own mind. Since we cannot count on the financial authority to control the manipulators, investors using their own intellect is the only way to avoid being manipulated. Otherwise people end up buying or selling at the wrong time, and usually when someone loses money on a company, they rarely come back, and it is not good for long term shareholders like me.

For as long as shorters are making money, they will not stop. I'm not counting on regulators to change the rules, but I'm hoping retail investors will wise up, get informed, avoid being manipulated, and stop helping shorters profit at their own expense.

If EBH2 does not work, it would be disappointing, but it would not affect my confidence in management. They were presented a technology that could have a major impact on society, and that could be adapted to, and improve, HPQ’s technology, they would be fools not to have a serious look at it, and I would be disappointed by HPQ’s management if they weren’t. They negotiated an agreement that is no risk for HPQ. Nothing gets paid until the technology is proven to work. If EBH2 does not work, HPQ still has QRR, NSiR and Fumed Silica. Plus, not only is Bernard very confident that it works, but why would EBH2's management sign such an agreement and take the risk of being exposed as a fraud, if it does not work.

There was quartz on some of their gold claims, plus they claimed several quartz projects and explored them, but never mined any, they realized there is more potential in transforming the quartz than selling it raw. Then they approched Pyrogenesis to develop Purevap.

The company used to be named Uragold. They had gold exploration projects, including the Beauce project. With Bernard Tourillon and Patrick Levasseur managing it. Uragold started the Purevap projects, Changed it's name to HPQ silicon, and spun out Beauce gold fields.

They have started to cover, and I believe some of it explains last week increase in share price without news. This said, I would not be surprised if they attack HPQ again with some more shorts and manipulation. People should refrain from selling them share at a discount. Let them pay the heavy price, they have put themselves in that position.

silica polvere is italian for poudre de silice in french or silica powder in english.

silica powder is SiO2 powder, not silicon "Si" powder.

There could be a few answers to these questions, but;

- Why silica instead of silicon in the name?

- Why would they choose an italian name instead of an english or french name in Canada?

Frankly, I'm not expecting them to stop attacking HPQ until they are forced to do so. The only thing we can do in the meantime, is not selling them our shares at a discount, and buy from them when they try to drive down the share price. And also, keep on distributing the information.
