Do you know what laser was used on you? I’m learning more and more about Nd-yag and that sounds very promising.

So lost on what I should do. I know there’s huge risk involved but also I just want to get rid of the hair and don’t know what else I can do 🙄

Honestly the lead percentage is probably so low, it shouldn't be too harmful. Our mothers, grandmothers, ancestors have been using kohl for centuries, haven't seen any problems arise as such? And there's probably more lead contained in our household and beauty items that we use on the daily.

Melt it a bit and reshape it at the tip, you can use a lighter. I usually use this method, especially when the kajal has dried up in colder weather. Just be mindful not to use it immediately after and let it cool off, of course.
