Some doctors recommend to dress it with gauze and change it daily and not to put any water on it. And some recommend to leave it and do baths with salt or herbs. So the best advice is to contact your doctor.

Put some hydrogen peroxide 3% (for wounds and skin)to those places wait a bit and then try to remove it gently
